PERKI RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Perki, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Perki System purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, you can return your product for a full refund—no questions asked.


ELIGIBILITY

Who Qualifies for a Refund:

✅ Purchases made directly from www.tryperki.com 
✅ Products returned within 90 days of delivery date
✅ Customers who used the product as directed for at least 8-12 weeks
✅ Products in resalable condition (clean, undamaged)

What's Not Eligible:

❌ Purchases made from unauthorized third-party retailers
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
❌ Returns initiated after the 90-day guarantee period
❌ Products missing major components or accessories


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support Team

Email us at: support@tryperki.com or Contact us at 

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Name and email address used for purchase
  • Brief reason for return (optional but helps us improve)
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number (RA#)
  • Return shipping address
  • Return instructions

Important: Do not ship your return without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the Perki System securely in its original packaging (if available)
  • Include all components: device, massage tool, topical cream, charging cable, instructions
  • Write your RA# clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the return address provided
  • We recommend using trackable shipping method

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refund appears in account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.


REFUND AMOUNTS

Full Refund (100%):

  • Product returned within 90 days in resalable condition
  • Defective or damaged products (we cover return shipping)
  • Order canceled before shipment

Partial Refund:

  • Products returned with missing components (refund adjusted accordingly)
  • Products returned in used but not resalable condition (discretionary, evaluated case-by-case)

No Refund:

  • Returns received after 90-day guarantee period
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Unauthorized returns without RA number

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your Perki System arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately: support@tryperki.com
  2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Do not discard the product or packaging until instructed

We will:

  • Send a replacement immediately (no wait for return) OR
  • Issue a full refund including return shipping costs
  • Provide a prepaid return label for damaged/defective items

We cover all costs for defective or damaged products.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange your product:

  1. Request a refund for your current order
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures fastest processing and delivery.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Before Delivery:

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Verify shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact us within 7 days: support@tryperki.com

We will:

  • Investigate with the shipping carrier
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Send a replacement or issue a refund (at our discretion)

After Signing:

Once you've signed for delivery and accepted the package, you assume responsibility. Inspect packages immediately upon receipt.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs (unless product is defective)
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return shipment
  • Currency conversion fees (if applicable)

Refunds are issued in the original currency charged.

Note: International returns may take 2-4 weeks for processing due to customs clearance.

 


PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNTED PURCHASES

Products purchased with promotional codes, discounts, or during sales:

  • Eligible for full refund of the amount paid
  • Refund reflects the discounted price, not original price
  • Promotional codes cannot be reused after refund is issued

Free gifts or bonus items included with purchase:

  • Must be returned with main product for full refund
  • If not returned, refund will be adjusted for value of free item

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Perki devices include a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronic component failures under normal use
  • LED malfunction

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Battery degradation (normal after extended use)
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment:

  • Contact us immediately: support@tryperki.com
  • Full refund issued if order hasn't shipped
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days

After Shipment:

  • Follow standard return process once package arrives
  • Refusing delivery does not automatically trigger refund
  • Must obtain RA number and return properly
