Shipping Rates

Orders $120 and above Free standard shipping on all orders over $120. You also have the option to upgrade to Priority Processing for just $4.95 (normally $19.99), which gives you faster 3 to 5 business day delivery.

Orders under $120 Standard shipping: $4.95 Priority Processing (3 to 5 business day delivery): $8.95

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Priority Processing orders are moved to the front of the queue and shipped within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and vary depending on your location.

United States Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days Priority Processing: 3 to 5 business days

United Kingdom Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days

Canada Standard delivery: 5 to 12 business days

Australia Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Perki has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
